Walter E. Bishop of Rensselaer, passed away on September 18, 2023 at St. Peter’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born March 12, 1940, to Margaret (Leonard) Bishop and Walter E. Bishop Sr. Walt graduated from Rensselaer High School and worked for over 40 years at BASF in Rensselaer.
Walter is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rosemary (Milgo) Bishop and children Timothy Bishop, Robert Bishop, Julie (Bishop) Bachety and Michael Bishop.
There will be a private memorial service for the family.
