Troy- Jean Ann Frank, 83, passed away on December 10, 2021. She was born in Orangetown on July 7, 1938, to the late LeRoy Maskell and Catherine Kiselak Ottaviano.

 

Jean Ann graduated from high school in 1956, was employed by a family-owned business, and served in the U.S. Navy. She enjoyed playing bingo and card games with friends, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and hearing all about all the activities in which they were involved in.

 

Jean Ann was predeceased by her husband Richard Frank; her sons Glenn and Cory; and her brothers LeRoy Maskell and Thomas Maskell. She is survived by her children Melissa (George) Briggs of New Jersey and Richard (Sandy) Frank of New York; her sister Lorraine Dougherty of New York; her grandchildren Patrick (Sara) Briggs, Shane (Corimae) Briggs, Richard Frank, Aimee Frank, Justin Frank, Nicolas Frank, and Brenden Frank; and her great-grandchildren Jordan, Madison, Ellie, Beau, Carter, and Finn Briggs, Reznor and Zander Frank.

 

A funeral service will be held in her memory at the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue, on Saturday, December 18 at 12:00PM. Friends and family are invited to call prior to the service at the funeral home from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Interment will be at New Rural Cemetery on 3rd Avenue Extension in East Greenbush.
