Selkirk- Daniel J Marvelli passed away Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021 at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany.Dan was born in Albany on November 30,1952 to Joseph and Betty Marvelli. In July 1974 Dan and Susan (Campbell) were married and spent 47yrs together.   Dan attended South Hunterdon H.S. in NJ and then continued onto college. After 37yrs as a Supervisor with NYS OGS Dan retired to enjoy life with his family and friends.  Dan loved to sit fireside with a good cigar, watch his Pittsburgh Steelers play, and spend time at the pool all summer. Dear to his heart are his daughters- Beth Maus (Michael), Jessica Lomoriello (Daniel), Danielle Marvelli (Brian), his son Justin Marvelli (Jessica), and his beloved sister Angela Hinton (Jon).  His beautiful eleven grandchildren Christian, Cameron, Vincent, Hunter, Luke, Anthony, Gianna, Brennon, Avery, Annabella and Marcus.  He adored his cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. We will honor Dan’s life Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 7 pm at the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer, NY 12144.  Relatives and friends are invited to call prior to the celebration of life from 4-7PM.
