Obituary of Sandra A. Fiacco

Rensselaer- Sandra Ann Fiacco, 82, of Rensselaer, passed away after a brief illness on October 21, 2021.  Born May 18, 1939, She was the first born daughter of the late Philip and Anna Fiacco, she was the most proud and loving sister of Phyllis Fusco, Carla (Stephen) Bakerian and the late Linda (Fiacco) Levings. Amazing aunt of Joseph Bent III, Kimberley Cimijotti (Jim) Michele (David) Benyo, Deanna Halacy, Ryan (Alyssa) Bakerian, & Nicholas Bakerian.  Great aunt of John Halacy, Vincent Cimijotti, Raymond Halacy, Alana Cimijotti, Mark Halacy, Blake, Kyson, Brynn, Kyler, Bryce & Kelin Benyo and Ava Bakerian. Sandra cherished her family and mostly adored her pets Tia and Harry, they truly were like children to her.  Sandra shared special times with her good friends Michelle Bernard, and Mary Alice (Joan) Garrigan. Sandra graduated from St. John's Academy in 1957. Sandra worked many years for The Teamsters Local 294, retiring 27 years ago. Please join us in the celebration of her life, Wednesday, October 27th at 12PM at W. J. Lyons, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc 1700 Washington Ave. Rensselaer NY. Relatives and friends are invited and may call prior to the service from 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.
