EAST GREENBUSH- Deborah L. (Caccia) George, age 63, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 31st with her loving family by her side. Born in Albany, Debbie was the daughter of the late Frank (Arlene) Caccia and Roberta Benoit. Debbie enjoyed cooking, hosting family functions, family vacations, wine tastings, watching thoroughbred racing and all of the finer things in life. She was a proud member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 27 years at the Gerald O'Neil Post #1683 in Rensselaer. She was the wife of the late Dennis W. George; mother of Maria A. George; sister of Barbara A. (Thomas) Geer. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews, and many good friends. Funeral from the W.J. Lyons, Jr. Funeral Home Inc, 1700 Washington Avenue, Rensselaer, Friday June 4th at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home, Thursday from 4-7 PM. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush.
