Ken and I heard of John's passing today. We send sympathy and love to Kathy and all his family. We have many great memories of times we spent with Kathy and John at Tamarac sports events our girls were in together. We will remember John with a smile on his face and a joke up his sleeve. We know he Rests In Peace.

To say I am saddened is an understatement. I'm crushed at his passing. John was a life long friend. We went to kindergarten together. He was a terrific guy and a war hero. He will be sorely missed by everyone who grew up with him.

Words cannot express how much he will be missed. I always strived to get a smile and laugh from him and Kathy. Most of the time we (Tracey and I) were used to getting the “look” from our silly antics. Getting one of John’s smirks or grimaces made me realize how much he cared for me. I will truly miss him and send my love to the whole Johnas family.
