Rensselaer- Diane L. Hallman age 61 of Rensselaer passed away on Saturday May 13, 2017. Diane was born in Woodstown, NJ she lived in Cranbury, NJ and Morrisville, PA before moving to Rensselaer two years ago. Diane was a graduate of Franklin Pierce University receiving her Bachelor's degree and Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX where she received her master degree. She was employed as a teacher for 24 yrs. for the Trenton NJ, Public School District. She was a member of the New Jersey Education Association and the National Council of the Teachers of English and she was a member of the East Winsdor Board of Education in NJ. Diane enjoyed quilting, reading, teaching and television watching, especially Ellen and holiday movies. Mother of Stephanie Anne Bannon (Robert Childrose). Grandmother of Joseph John Dunbar V, and Daphne Noel Bannon-Childrose. (Daughhter) Justine Vogt and grandchild Danika Thorne "Adopted daughters" Jennifer Setneska and Shelly Terhune, "adopted grandchildren" Skye and Alex Bonnell and Kaylie Batchelder. Sister of Lisa (Larry) Rossi, Whitney (Randy) Lauffer and the late sister Stacy Graf, sister-in-law of Jack Graf. Dearest close friend of Ryan B. Smith. Close family friends Rudy Bagado, Jordan Bagado, Isabella Bogado, Landon, Thresa Clinton and Michael Hoffman. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Eagle Street Albany on Friday May 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. The family would like to thank the healthcare professionals of Albany Medical Center and Capitol Cardiology Associates, that took such great care of my mother, especially Dr. Mark Tallman.
