Jewett- Sheila M. Wilson age 60 long time resident of Rensselaer died suddenly on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Albany Medical Center. Sheila was born in Albany on Sept. 8, 1955 and resided most of her life in Rensselaer before spending the rest of her time in the Catskill Mountains. Mrs. Wilson was employed by New York State as a Supervisor for Child Protective Services. Also, for nine years was an Animal Control Officer for Rensselaer Police Department. She lived and loved the Catskill Mountains. She assisted her husband with coaching the Rensselaer High Varsity Softball Team. She was the daughter of the late Nino Ciprioni and Shirley (Childrose)Ciprioni. Sister of Nino Ciprioni. Sheila has a love for her grandchildren; Zackary (Bubba) and Baylee (Bay Bay) and her fur baby Rookie. Sheila is survived by her husband Ronald Wilson of 41 years and their three girls Angela (Randy) Davis, Jaime (Scott) Jackson and Meagan (Zack) Palmer. Funeral will be from the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue, Rensselaer, Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015 at 7 PM. All are welcome to attend. Family and friends are invited and may call to the funeral home prior to the service from 4-7 PM.
