Watervliet- William B. Rehmer age 88 yrs. Of Watervliet passed away on Monday June 6, 2016. He was born in Albany and lived many years in Watervliet. Mr. Rehmer was employed as a Fire Fighter for the Selkirk Fire Department and was a US Coast Guard Veteran of WWII.
Husband of the late Elizabeth Nordstrom Rehmer. Father of Lisa Eustace, Steven Shaffer, Bruce Rehmer and the late Esther Rehmer. Also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral from the W. J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer Wednesday morning at 10:00 all are welcome to attend. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Colonie.
