Rensselaer-Elizabeth C. Holstein Lannon age, 100 years of Rensselaer passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Evergreen Commons in East Greenbush. She was a lifelong resident of Rensselaer. Mrs. Lannon was employed by Sterling Drug Co., but spent most of her life raising her family. Elizabeth was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Rensselaer. Wife of the late Raymond J. Lannon; mother of Joan Lannon and Michael J. (Kathy) Lannon; grandmother of Lisa and Michele Lannon; daughter of the late Joseph and Frances Motzer Holstein; sister of the late Clarence Holstein, Frances Colville, Marion Vincent and Margaret Holstein. Funeral will be from the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer Wednesday morning at 10:00. All are welcome to attend. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Greenbush. Contributions in her memory may be made to St. Francis Chapel 145 Wolf Road Shoppers Park Albany, NY 12205.
