Hudson- Richard J. Kelsey age 71 passed away Monday, August 29, 2016 at Riverside Nursing Home in Castleton. Father of Laurie Kraft and Tammy Winnie. Brother of Charles Kelsey. Companion of Joy Rex. Also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral from the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home 1700 Washington Avenue Rensselaer, Thursday evening at 7PM. All are welcome to attend. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home prior to the service on Thursday from 4-7 PM. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Norwich.
