Richard Kasky

Clifton Park- Richard T. Kasky, age 76, of Clifton Park passed away at St. Peter's Hospital on November 3, 2016. He was born in Rensselaer and lived in Malta before moving to Clifton Park 22 years ago. Mr. Kasky attained a Masters Degree and was employed for 18 years for the National Commercial Bank and Trust Co. now known as Key Bank and 25 years for the NYS Department of Economic Development. Mr. Kasky enjoyed spending time at Lake George. Richard was a US Navy Veteran of the Viet-nam War and was a member of the Watervliet Elks Lodge #1500 and The American Legion Post No. 1450 of Halfmoon. He was a long-time companion of Charles Cook of Clifton Park. Son of the late Phillip and Elizabeth Dziobecki Kasky. Brother of the late Robert, John, Phillip and Thomas Kasky. Also survived by a niece and a nephew. Funeral from the W. J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue, Rensselaer, NY Monday morning at 10:00 all are welcome to attend. Calling hours will be at the funeral home Saturday from 4-7 PM. Interment will be Monday at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont.
