John H. Millett

Rensselaer-John H. Millett, age 76 passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family.  John was born in Cambridge, NY and has been a resident of Rensselaer for the past 39years.  John was employed by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles for over 40 years at the Empire State Plaza. In his free time, he enjoyed trips up to Saratoga Racetrack, especially when the thoroughbred horses would race. Devoted husband of 38years to Debra A. Millett.  Father of Michael Millett and Stacey Fiacco (Jancangelo) both of Rensselaer. Grandfather of Jace Fiacco. Son of the late John Harold and Marie Adele Millett. Brother of Henry (Roberta) Millett and the late Elizabeth Mezera. Son-in-law of Patricia Dooley. John is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  The family would like to offer a special thank you to Hospice and all the special people who we would be lost without.  You truly are our angels on earth.
