Jeffrey M. Jevons

March 7, 1956 — April 9, 2023

Jeffery Jevons was known by many names and titles- husband, father, brother, Granddad, friend. Some knew him as Smoke Stack Lightin’, Gut, Gutai, Spiritual Warrior, United States Marine, and Mountain Man. Regardless of what you called him, he was a mentor, teacher, guide, and role model. His life was dedicated to protecting his family and to understanding life on this plane. In that pursuit he gained wisdom and his unique perspective captivated others to “get deep” with him. He was of strong faith that never wavered. He had a true warrior’s spirit; he was the best at that. Jeff loved nothing more than his family. His wife, children and grandchildren will continue his legacy. He believed deeply that the body is temporary, and the soul is eternal. His light will continue to shine through in the lives of all he touched here in the physical realm. Hare Krsna!

Jeff is survived by his wife Christine, his children; Krista (Kelly), Aaron (Sabrina), Sarah (Shane), Joshua (Kristy), Elijah, and Krsna. His grandchildren; Kaia, Asher, Kloee, Uriah, Kanoa, Elias, Winter, Mary, Braven, Ivaan, and more to come. His mother; Patricia Jevons. His siblings; Jay (Gloria), Mary Pat (Jim), Jenny (Craig), Jean (Brian), Jane (Ed), Mike, and many nieces and nephews.

In holding true to Jeff’s faith that death was a joyous reuniting with godhead, a celebration of life party will be held in his honor at a time to be determined.
