East Greenbush - Frederick J. Meisner, Jr., 89, died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at his home with his loving family by his side. Born in Rensselaer, he was the son of the late Frederick J. and Amelia Tryon Meisner, Sr.; devoted husband of the late Marie J. (Hotaling) Meisner and loving brother to the late Beatrice Barton and Ruth Venduro. Frederick was a proud US Army veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed fishing, boating, tinkering in his garage on old cars and around his home, but above all he loved his family. Frederick is survived by his children, David (Marjorie) Meisner, Nancy (Mark) Taft and Frederick Meisner III, his Sister's Evelyn Welfinger and Katherine Giordiano, his grandchildren, Mark (Jared) Taft, David (Randi) Taft, Chris (Patsy) Taft and Rachel (Harold) Meisner.
