Amsterdam -Carmen Fasulo whom passed on April 14, 2024 in Naples, FL surrounded by his loving family was a remarkable man. A man who lived an extraordinary life after being born and raised in Amsterdam,NY. If you had the incredible honor of witnessing just a fraction of the brilliance that defined that life you are far beyond lucky! A virtuoso Surgeon graduating from St. Bonaventure UnderGrad, University of Buffalo for dental school. Started practicing in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery in 1963, he was widely respected in the highest regard within the medical world. He went on to start his own practice with his partner Dr. Busino, who became more of a brother through the years of them working flawlessly in each other's company. Carmen was a musical maestro playing the accordion all the way to stardom on the Ted Mack show The Original Amateur Hour. A woodworking wizard building everything from beautiful dolphin sculptures to his home he designed and helped build. Above all, an impassioned educator to all whom he loved. Teaching wasn't just his love language; it was his superpower, effortlessly bestowing his wisdom upon his loved ones and even strangers who were lucky enough to cross his path. His generosity knew no bounds, freely sharing his expertise without expecting anything in return, except perhaps the chance to make a life-saving impact with his knowledge. This is a mere glimpse of the incredible man that Carmen was. He was simply too extraordinary not to be celebrated forever!
Carmen is lovingly survived by his wife Samantha, daughters Andréa, Gabrielle, and Teresa, son Patrick, his grandchildren, many friends, several nieces and nephews, a loving family, loved ones within the medical community, and everyone who had the divine pleasure to have known him. Carmen is predeceased by his parents Pasquale and Clara (Peters) Fasulo and his son Michael.
