Deborah L. Delaney

Rensselaer- Deborah Giel Delaney, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at St Peter’s Hospital in Albany. Debbie was born in Pittsfield, MA, and resided in Rensselaer for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Florence Giel.

Debbie is survived and will be missed by her beloved children, Jennifer McNally (Michael) and David Delaney. She was the loving grandmother of Bryan McNally, Stephen McNally (Carly) and Kevin McNally (Tristyn); she was the great grandmother of Kaiden, Anessa, Laila and Jamieson; sister of Trish Reehl (Joseph) and Stephen C. Giel (Jaime); aunt of Paige, Rebecca and MacKenzie; and family friend of Tracy and Greg Cross.

Funeral services will be held private at the convenience of the family.
