Anthony J. Billetts, Jr.

Feura Bush– Anthony J. Billetts, Jr. passed away on June 15, 2023. Born on May 30, 1935 in Plattsburg, NY. He is survived by his wife Margaret Billetts (VandenBergh), his children Victoria Lamoree (Jerry), Kevin Billetts Sr. (Linda), Layne Billetts (Linda), Sandra Carroll (Jeff), Diana Arduini (Joseph), Paula Reinhart (late Gary), Anthony J. Billetts, III (Joyce), Shawn M. Billetts (Ashley) and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents, Anthony J. Billetts, Sr. and Rosalie Billetts (Garrow), his sister Rosalie Jones and brother Richard Billetts.

Anthony was a truck driver, working for several local area companies. He retired from Local 294 Teamsters in Albany. He was also a firearms instructor.

Anthony was a sports fanatic and a NASCAR fan. He also was an avid bird watcher and loved to hunt and fish.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the W.J. Lyons Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, from 4-7 pm. Funeral service will be held at Albany Rural Cemetery on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 1pm.
