ROCHESTER, N.Y – Nancy Ruth Oliver O’Neill, 65, passed away peacefully on April 8, 2017 at Rochester General Hospital, following a long illness.
Born August 15, 1951 to Ruth E. and LeRoy M. Oliver Jr. of Prospect Heights, Rensselaer, Nancy graduated from Columbia High School. They left the Capital District to settle in the Rochester area, where Gary is a Civil Engineer for the State of New York.

Nancy was unfailingly kind, considerate, loving, good humored, a big-hearted person who would go without to help anyone in need.
